
Shipping
All products purchased from our website are shipped via FedEx or UPS, insured, with signature required, once fulfilled and packaged. The shipping cost is included in the total price shown at checkout.
Orders typically ship Monday through Friday.
Deliveries are not available on Sundays or holidays.
If you order multiple products, they may ship separately, but you won’t incur extra shipping fees.
For secure delivery, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. International customers are responsible for any import fees or taxes.

Returns
Valore Jewelry strives to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, as our Shop Products and Custom Products require several days, weeks, or even months to create, we do not offer returns or refunds for any purchased products.

Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us immediately by emailing
info@valorejewelry.com within 24 hours of delivery. Your notification must include:
• Your name
• Your email address
• A photo of the damaged product
• A written description of the damage

Insurance and Replacement
If your damage notification meets these requirements, we will forward the claim to our insurance provider. If the claim is approved, we will notify you via email and begin producing a replacement product, which will be sent to you at no additional cost.
